You have to choose one of your favorite t-shirts or publicity ones (XXL) what you usually use to sleep. When you have made the decision, then pick a pair of scissors and make crazy cuts at the bottom.(irregular cuts but no more than 15cm). Like that:

What happens with sleeves? If you want to give an exclusive point you have to roll the sleeve and then pick needle and thread and try to sew both. Good Luck!
Y no nos queda más que coser las mangas para que tengan mucha más gracia que una manga corriente. Simplemente doblándola tres veces y cosiendo las dos partes por el interior. No hace falta ser un experto cosiendo. Cualquier duda podéis preguntar! Buena suerte !!!
